Requirements:
1. Review the company’s use of information and communication technologies (ICT) through observation and discussions with its ICT users and suggest ways for it to use ICT more effectively.
2. Locate suppliers to install and support the company’s business software upgrade and locate any associated suppliers/services.
3. Locate suppliers to install, configure and support the company’s business hardware upgrade and locate any associated suppliers/services to support Item 1.
4. Locate suppliers to develop, install and support the company’s website upgrade and find any associated suppliers/services.
5. Locate suppliers to develop, implement and support bespoke software interfaces between applications and website to assist in the company’s need to trade electronically.
6. Project-manage the selected suppliers pre- and post-installation.
7. Coach and support six clients and suppliers through the testing of electronic trading trials
8. Advise, coach and support users during the above processes.
9. Consult on any other issues as and when requested by MD during the agreement period.

Relationship period: 4 Years
